Drupal Platform Migration

Working on migrating from one Drupal version to another can be challenging for any software development team. In our case, our goal was to upgrade Drupal 7 to the latest version, Drupal 9, to ensure that the website remains compatible with the latest versions of web browsers and has the latest security enhancements.
Migrating from one version to another is not just upgrading the software, but also making sure that all data and website content is correctly migrated to the new version. To do this, we carried out a complete restructuring of all content and databases, in order to make the migration as smooth and efficient as possible. We make sure to perform extensive testing at every stage of the migration process to ensure data integrity and website security.
In addition to software updating and content migration, we apply web accessibility and security standards to ensure that the website complies with current rules and regulations. We also make sure that the site is connected to open data to improve accessibility to information and transparency.
In short, the migration from Drupal 7 to 9 was a complex but necessary process to keep the website up-to-date and secure. The restructuring of the content and the databases, together with the application of security and web accessibility standards and the connection to open data, allowed the website to remain relevant and useful for users.
