The Client needed a reliable and continuously updated registry of citizens, along with a modern and efficient channel to communicate news and notifications in a segmented way.

This challenge involved avoiding system duplication, reducing operational costs, and preventing data inconsistencies across multiple communication channels. At the same time, the Client required clear visibility into citizen engagement and the real impact of its communication efforts—something that existing tools could not provide.

Qwavee designed and implemented a mobile application for iOS and Android that centralizes citizen registration and segmented communication within a single digital ecosystem.
